How an evening is booked, in four quiet moves
Booking here is a single conversation with Rosie on WhatsApp or Telegram, and most of it happens in the first message. Nothing needs opening or filling in; you write, she checks two details, and the evening is set down in writing for you both.

One message with the essentials
Date, arrival time, length and the hotel or street, sent to Rosie. The ready-made draft further down saves you the typing.
A check, then a written reply
Rosie confirms the name the room is under and its number, or the house address, then sends a written reply: who is coming, at what time, for what fee.
Her arrival
She knocks at the hour agreed, dressed to suit your plans, and you settle her fee with her in person as she arrives.

What Rosie verifies, and why she asks
At a hotel, Rosie asks for the reservation surname, the hotel's name and your room; at a private address, the house number and street, and the name by the door. It is asked once, and nobody telephones reception or a neighbour to check it.
It is courtesy on both sides: your companion knows exactly who is expecting her, and you know the woman at the door was sent by the edit.
How quickly the reply arrives
Rosie answers at every hour, usually within ten to fifteen minutes, naming the companion, the arrival time, the length and the fee; once you agree, the booking stands. For tonight in Belgravia or Knightsbridge the knock often follows within the hour. For a dinner or an overnight, a message sent before teatime leaves you the widest choice.
Messages that did not come from us
Rosie writes only from the WhatsApp and Telegram accounts linked on this site, inside the thread where your booking was made. She never asks for identity documents, a "release fee", "insurance" or any charge that surfaces halfway through a conversation. Before the first message

Not quite. It becomes fixed when Rosie has written back with the companion, the time, the length and the fee, and you have replied to agree. Until then nothing is held and nothing is owed.
In conversation a first name is plenty, and it is all your companion needs. For the check, Rosie needs the surname the room is booked under, simply so hotel and room match; it serves no other purpose.
Neither. Rosie takes bookings for tonight and for dates well into next season. In the weeks of the Chelsea Flower Show or Wimbledon, when SW1 fills with visitors, writing early simply widens your choice.
Only the essentials. Booking threads are cleared once an evening has passed, which protects your privacy but means Rosie will not have your details to hand. Mention the companion you met and roughly when, and she will take it from there.
